Executive Coaching

I work collaboratively and confidentially with C-Suite and senior-level leaders to build a shared awareness of their strengths, challenges, and blind spots as they relate to critical work relationships and business needs. The leaders with whom I work provide much of this information in a comprehensive initial interview, and I often gather additional input using validated assessments and by talking with key stakeholders. I then partner with my clients to develop a plan for bringing their contributions and impact in line with their intentions and aspirations.

My approach delivers the efficiency, value, and impact desired by smart executives who are in demanding roles and facing complex leadership challenges. Clients develop in an integrated way, recognizing that small but meaningful changes lead to significantly improved performance and outcomes.
